Mesa's Go-To Mall for Shopping, Dining & Fun

Over 9,500 shoppers agree: Superstition Springs Center delivers the full East Valley experience.

About Us

At 6555 E Southern Ave, Superstition Springs Center has earned its reputation as the anchor of East Mesa retail, drawing families, deal-hunters, and diners from across the Valley. With a 4.3-star rating from more than 9,500 visitors, this isn't a mall people stumble into once. They come back.

Kids light up at the carousel and the dinosaur ride that winds through the corridors. Parents browse anchor stores like Macy's while little ones burn energy at the school bus play area. The food court fills up fast on weekends, and for good reason. From quick bites to sit-down meals, the dining options keep pace with the shopping.

The center sits at the crossroads of Mesa's Superstition Springs neighborhood, minutes from the 202 freeway and close enough to area hotels that guests at nearby properties walk over without a second thought. It's a destination that earns repeat visits because it gives every member of the family something to do.

What We Offer

Superstition Springs Center brings together fashion retail, footwear, home goods, dining, and family entertainment under one roof. Shoppers have called out the Shoe Store specifically for its selection, and Macy's anchors the soft-goods side of the mall with full department store depth.

The food court is consistently one of the busiest spots in the building, packed on weekends with families who treat it as a destination in itself. Beyond fast-casual options, the mall hosts a rotating mix of sit-down restaurants and specialty food vendors. If a quick lunch between stores or a full dinner after shopping is on the agenda, the options are here.

For families, the kids' entertainment zone adds real value: the carousel, the indoor dinosaur ride, and the play structure with the school bus climber turn a routine shopping trip into an outing. Events, seasonal activations, and new tenant openings continue to refresh the mix throughout the year.

"Came to enjoy some time with my son. We enjoyed the carousel, riding the dinosaur through the mall and the small play place with the school bus. I would like to see the mall lean into more kids activity."

"After 4 years we decided to visit this Mall. Some businesses were very busy but most were empty. Not a lot of shoppers. The food court was packed. Hopefully more businesses coming soon. Macy's was closed."

"I loved Superstition Springs Center!! We were staying at Best Western so it was an easy walk. I went shopping there while my husband was golfing. I especially loved The Shoe Store where I bought two pair of shoes that I love. I ate Chick-fil-A- the best!! T J Max was also my favorite. I made a haul with kitchen supplies and the cutest vases! We had a delicious meal the next day at The Cheesecake Factory for our grandson’s graduation from high school. The manager was so great to get us a table to accommodate our whole family."

"A mall that is hovering between thriving and dying. There are some decent stores here but also ones that are clearly taking advantage of cheap rent. The Dick's Sporting Goods Going Going Gone is a great example. There are some great deals to be had but it also looks like a temporary stores that isn't going to change around for a long time."

"I am sorry but this mall is pretty good! OTHER then there only being 1 bathroom location other then the stores AND ALSO!!! The kids play area!! That place has always always gotten my kids sick when we take them there to play!! We haven’t gone to the mall for a few months and no sickness for my littles ones 3&1, but yesteday we have went back for the first time in MONTHS, and I mean MONTHS and my little girl woke up so sick this morning, I do believe there needs to be a better cleaning protocol, and the carpets needs to be cleaned as well my children will not be playing at this play area again now that I can confirm this play place makes me kiddos sick EVERYTIME!!"
